For aggregators and broker groups
Demo-first rollout

Run a whole network on one platform, each brokerage in its own isolated database.

Run many offices on fragmented tooling and per-office compliance and you have no single story to put in front of procurement. TomoBroker gives each of your brokerages its own isolated database under the group or a sub-brand, sits in front of the stack each office already runs, and holds every one to the same isolation and audit posture. Book a demo to see it across your network.

The network problem

A group is only as consistent as its patchiest office.

Rolling out across your network hits the same four problems every time. They aren't a tooling gap in one office; they're what happens when every brokerage solves capture, qualification, and compliance on its own.

One story, many toolchains

Each office bolts together its own forms, calculators, chatbots, and scheduling. Nothing shares a record, the client and their facts drift between tools, and the group has no single way its brokerages capture and qualify.

Inconsistent compliance across the network

When every office wires its own AI and its own disclosures, the advice boundary and required disclosures are only as good as each setup. A group needs one posture that applies to every brokerage identically, not per-office goodwill.

Rollout that does not scale

A bespoke build per office does not scale and drifts apart. The group needs many brokerages provisioned the same way, each branded and isolated, without a custom project every time.

Scar tissue from lead marketplaces

Groups have been burned by marketplaces that own the client relationship and rent it back. Any new platform has to prove it will not compete with the group's own brokers for clients.

Provision many brokerages
Shipped

Each brokerage gets its own database, not a row in a shared table.

Dedicated-database isolation is built and in production. Every brokerage in your group runs in its own isolated database with its own private storage, under the group brand or a sub-brand, through one repeatable lifecycle.

Its own database, its own file storage

Each brokerage is set up with its own dedicated Neon Postgres database and its own private, isolated file storage. One brokerage's clients, enquiries, and files physically live apart from every other brokerage in the group, not in shared tables separated by a column.

Group brand or sub-brand, per brokerage

Every client-facing touchpoint resolves its look from that brokerage's own brand kit, so each office runs under the group brand or its own sub-brand. One change to a kit re-skins every touchpoint for that brokerage at once.

Repeatable, not bespoke

Provisioning runs through one idempotent lifecycle (create, provision, migrate, active, then a 30-day-grace deprovision), with health-check and repair-first fleet tooling so a network of separate databases stays operable. Onboarding another brokerage is the same path, not a new build.

Sits alongside your stack
Shipped

The front door, not a rip-and-replace.

You don't rip out the aggregation software, lender panel, and lodgement stack you already run. TomoBroker sits in front of them as the capture-and-qualify front door and feeds them. Adopting it is additive, not a migration.

The integration is outbound webhooks: point a brokerage at an HTTPS endpoint and it delivers a signed, versioned JSON event the instant something happens, a Scout submission, an enquiry created or allocated, a lifecycle change, a booking, a new client, an AI agent session or handoff. Each is signed with the Standard Webhooks scheme, retried with backoff, blocked from internal addresses, and replayable. One joined-up record sits behind every event, so the receiving system gets the full context, not a bare lead.

Front door to your stack

Capture, qualify, then hand off

  1. 1Capture and qualify: Spark, Scout, and the Client Concierge on the brokerage's pages
  2. 2One joined-up record holds the full context behind every event
  3. 3A signed, versioned webhook fires the instant something happens
  4. 4Your existing CRM, aggregation software, and lodgement stack receive it

New enquiries land in each brokerage's CRM in real time, with no polling and no re-keying between systems.

Due-diligence posture

One posture to put in front of procurement.

Because every brokerage runs on the same design, you answer procurement with structure, not per-office promises. Dedicated-database isolation, per-brokerage residency placement, deterministic advice guarding with guaranteed verbatim disclosures, and append-only audit apply to every brokerage identically.

Compliance rules are industry and country specific, so the advice boundary and disclosures vary correctly by market rather than being hardcoded once. TomoBroker facilitates compliance; it does not replace it, and the broker and licensee stay accountable. TomoBroker holds no SOC 2, ISO, or PCI certification, and does not claim one.

Isolation you can verify

Each brokerage's data lives in its own database and its own private file storage, so the shared-pool cross-brokerage leak path cannot occur by construction. Links between the platform database and a brokerage's own database are immutable identifiers, not live relationships.

The advice boundary is code, not a prompt

The AI agent has no advice feature to call. Two deterministic guards run every turn to force the required disclaimer and a human handoff, and when voice is enabled the required disclosure is spoken word-for-word. None of it is generated by the model.

Every automated action is recorded

Append-only AI agent sessions, a model-call ledger, immutable point-in-time snapshots, and a model-selection stamp on every run make each action attributable and reconstructable long after the fact.

Lead-gen independence

We will never compete with your brokers for their clients.

TomoBroker never buys, sells, or brokers your group's clients, and never markets to them. It is not a lead-gen marketplace that owns the client relationship and rents it back. Your clients stay yours, on your brand, in your databases. We measure our success by your brokers' outcomes, not lead volume, so our incentives sit on your side of the table.

What is shipped, what is vision

The honest line on network-scale features.

Some of what you'll want at network scale is built and in production today. Some is the direction, not something we sell. Here is which is which, said plainly.

Shipped today
  • Dedicated-database isolation: each brokerage its own database and private file storage, in production.
  • Per-brokerage brand kits under the group brand or a sub-brand, and per-brokerage subdomains out of the box.
  • Outbound webhooks: signed, versioned events into your existing CRM, aggregation software, and lodgement stack.
  • Self-serve organisation management per brokerage: team, roles, brand kits, domains, and billing.
  • Idempotent provisioning and repair-first fleet tooling for a network of separate databases.
Roadmap, not shipped
  • Governed APIs

Programmatic, permissioned access to a brokerage's data and actions for the group's own systems is the direction, not something we sell today. It comes after the internal consent, permission, approval, and audit model is proven.

  • External and client-authorised agents

Exposing features to aggregator-approved external workflows and, later, client-authorised external agents is roadmap. Today's AI agent runs inside one brokerage under its permissions and audit trail.

  • A single group-admin console

Today each brokerage is managed independently through its own self-serve organisation settings (team, roles, brand kits, domains, billing). A single console that orchestrates the whole network from one place, beyond what exists today, is direction, not a shipped feature.
